Hong Acting Workshop Policies
Please let us know if you have any questions about our policies for the on-going group classes. Thank you for reading them all carefully.

PAYMENTS for ON-GOING GROUP CLASSES
Payments for the next cycle (group of 4 sessions) are due on the third session of the previous cycle. Please keep track of you own payment cycle and pay at that 3rd session. We take check, money order, or cash. Sorry, we are not accepting credit cards at this time.

Once you have signed up, you are obligated to continue every 4 weeks. If you choose to attend you must keep up with your payments. You may choose to stop attending class, but if you wish to start again, then you may start at the beginning of the next cycle or return to class and pay the late fee below.
There is a $15.00 charge for late payments and $20 for returned checks.

REFUNDS
There are no refunds for our on-going classes.

ABSENCE
If you give us at least 24 hours ahead of time that you will be absent due to emergency or illness, we may be able to make arrangements for a make-up class. There is one make-up class allowed per each student's 8 paid sessions. Since most acting classes don't offer make-up classes at all, we feel this is fair.

CANCELATIONS
Hong Acting Workshop reserves the right to cancel a class if enrollment is insufficient (early enrollment helps assure class availability). Refunds will be prorated.
